When new employees join ADATA Brazil, they sign a commitment agreement, stating that no type of prejudice is accepted in the organization. Essential suppliers sign the Social Responsibility Commitment Agreement, to ensure best social practices.
Every year, all ADATA Brazil employees complete RBA training.
