(1) Retirement system
ADATA provides a retirement system that is compliance with laws and regulations. The old pension scheme is implemented for employees who have elected it in accordance with the Labor Standards Act; the new pension scheme is implemented for employees who have chosen it in accordance with the Labor Pension Act. The Company also has the Retirement Management Regulations in place, which apply to all full-time employees.

(2) An employee stock ownership trust plan 
To improve employee benefits, ADATA was the first in the industry to launch an employee stock ownership trust plan in 2022. All full-time employees who have been employed for one full year are eligible to apply to join the plan, to expand the system for employees to share business profits along with the existing reward mechanism.
ADATA rewards the participants by buying the Company’s shares for them in the same amount of their contribution to the plan per month. This is equivalent to an annual salary adjustment. In addition, the Company increases salary in a fixed amount per month to motivate employees to prepare their pension funds early, improve the retention rate of outstanding talents, and strengthen employees’ trust in the Company and happiness, thereby working together to facilitate the growth of the organization and create a win-win enterprise where employees work happily.

ADATA makes contributions to the pension funds in accordance with the law and has established an employee stock ownership committee to assist employees in saving money in a long term and accumulating wealth to ensure their future life stability, while enhancing their sense of participation in the Company, thereby fostering their employees' identity with the Company and working together for a better future of the Company.

ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001, is a professional memory module manufacturer. The main products are DRAM modules and flash memory related application products, supply to major computer assembly and channel manufacturers at home and abroad, but also step into the design, research and development and sales of LED energy-saving lighting devices and actively strive to contribute to the electronic information and LED industry. 　

In order to fulfill corporate social responsibility, the company actively implements the environmental/ occupational safety and health management system to achieve the responsibility of protecting the natural environment and the health and safety of employees, and recognizes that only the attitude of attaching importance to environmental resources and respecting life is the opportunity for sustainable development of enterprises.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the Company is committed to:

6. Provide occupational safety and health working conditions, with zero disaster as the goal, apply control hierarchies to manage operational risks to eliminate hazards.
7. Through regular audit activities and environmental safety management reviews to ensure the appropriateness and effective implementation of this policy.

Risk management

Through the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 preliminary review methods, the Company assesses and identifies the environmental, health and safety risks in all operational activities and eliminates, replaces, and controls (engineering and operational), in priority, the high-risk operations for risk reduction. Additionally, the risks associated with changing machineries/equipment and chemical substances must be evaluated by health and safety professionals to devise appropriate and feasible improvement and protective measures before carrying out the changes.

Through participating in the one million cumulative safe work hours event, ADATA demonstrates its commitment to constructing a safe workplace.

Monitoring labor working environment

ADATA regularly monitors labor operations environments according to the Measures Governing Working Environment Monitoring specifications, analyzes the types of work exposures prior to test implementation, and devises the Operation Environment Measurement Plan and Sampling Strategy Plan according to the results of the analysis, to ensure that hazardous exposures are within the scope of testing. The test results are published on the environmental safety information bulletin and disclosed to workers.

Our company IECQ QC080000 system follows and is verified in accordance with the regulation of IECQ HSPM electronic electrical machinery part and harmful substance procedure management system requirements.
To share the responsibility of the protection to global environment, our company has actively implemented remarkable efforts at environmental protection, and is willing to commit and stand for the following environmental policy to our staff, cooperative partners and social communities:
1. To comply with the requirements to environmental protection of relevant groups and government environmental protection regulations.

ADATA actively establishes stable partnerships with suppliers and informs them of relevant commitments and requirements to ensure the quality of the supply chain and products, while requiring them to sign relevant commitments and statements, to ensure that they meet the relevant quality standards (RoHS/REACH, ISO 9001, etc.). The Company also conduct regular supplier assessments and evaluations. They need to meet the criteria for such assessments and evaluations, including statements and declarations on "quality, cost, technology, delivery time, and environmental friendliness", to become qualified suppliers of the Company.

With the diversified business, ADATA is clearly aware of the impact of long-distance transportation on the environment and has chosen local supply chains and pays attention to the maintenance of local relationships. The Company regularly audits key suppliers and high-risk ones to ensure the implementation of sustainable operations of the supply chain.
2.	Supplier annual evaluation and supplier conference:
In addition to discussing production-related needs, the annual supplier evaluation and supplier conference by the Company raises suppliers’ awareness of the five major indicators: quality, technology, delivery time, cost, and environmental friendliness, and informs them of what targets they need to achieve.
